Rigel Canada Inc. attributes its success to the highly skilled,
experienced and motivated seagoing personnel who oversea the
day-to-day operations of the fleet.
Continuously benefiting from new training programs and skill
upgrading all crew members are chemical/oil tanker and Transport
Canada Ship Safety (STCW95) certified and operate under a zero
tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
The Rigel fleet personnel are members of one of two unions:
- the Canadian Merchant Service Guild (for Officers)
- the Seafarers International Union (for Unlicensed Crew).
